| How to Get the Novels |
Paperback copies of The Edge
of Justice, Second Edition, and The Long
Journey are slightly less expensive if you buy them
directly from me. I can offer copies of each book for $15.00,
rather than the
$20.99 or $21.99 list price on Amazon for either book. This offer
is ONLY available through me on
this web site.
However,
shipping costs from Canada are almost as expensive as the books
themselves. If you live in the United States, Amazon only charges
about $4.00 for shipping. Canada Post charges me nearly $12.00 to
put a book in the mail. If you live in the U.S. and want an
autographed copy, it will cost $27.00 for me to get one to you.
Crisis is now finished and
its e-book versions are available below.
At this point, I'm working on the final map for the paperback novel and
waiting for the cover graphics to be finished before it's submitted for
publication.
I intend to start writing the fourth book in the series, tentatively
titled Ceremonies and Celebrations
during the summer of 2010.

Testimonials |

| Robert's first book, The Edge of Justice, is an
excellent first book, and shows enormous potential. The second
book of the series, The Long Journey,
shows a maturation of the writing art, and is an excellent,
entertaining, and thought provoking read. I highly recommend both
of them. |

The Edge of Justice had a way of
gripping me so that I couldn't put it down. Its plot line is
interesting, and the detail gave me strong mental pictures of
everything that was going on. It gave me a lot to think about,
and I also enjoyed the end notes. Overall, this is a grade A book!

I
really liked reading The Long Journey.
I thought the character relationships were well
developed, felt connected to the emotional development of each of the
main characters and enjoyed their respective
progressions. I also enjoyed the battle scenes, which were
meticulous and authentic in detail. Yes, I loved them even though
I took longer to read them in all of their glorious detail. Quite
honestly, I felt involved in the surroundings from the beginning
once I familiarized myself with some of the history from the first book
and the maps. Although I haven't read The Edge of Justice, I felt that The Long Journey stands very well
on its own.

| In completing The
Long
Journey, this reader has witnessed a powerful healing among
the Ravenwood children, in terms of their own individual growth
and the depth of feeling they can now express towards each
other. Their reunion signifies the true meeting of
hearts and minds, since each sibling can now reach out beyond his
or her own pain to encompass the sufferings of the
other. Their love is reawakened through pain, but
reunited through healing. |
